PROPERTIES’:
- 1 part protein absorbs 5 parts water and 5 parts oil.

Method of application:
1.Add the protein into meat with 3%-4%, mixed with other ingredients.
2.Turn protein, water and oil into a gel; the proportion is 1:5:5.
3.Mix and homogenize it.
4.If use the protein into injection-processing, must be homogenized before the processing.
5.Can be mixed with other material directly (fish-food and frozen-food applications)
STORAGE:
The shelf life is 12 months under 25℃. in dry and cool place. Keep away from
strong odour or volatile materials and moisture.
